The Satin Knot Package is perfect for couples who’ve planned every detail but need a trusted professional to bring it all together on the big day. One planning call to align on your ceremony vision, followed by a ceremony-specific timeline shared with your wedding party and vendors. I'll handle all pre-ceremony vendor communication, confirm venue details, and run your rehearsal from start to finish. On your wedding day, I'll be there to direct your wedding party, cue your vendors, and make sure your ceremony flows exactly as you imagined, so you can walk down the aisle without a worry in the world. Includes access to my preferred vendor list. Travel fees apply for venues more than 30 miles from my home location.

- One planning call to review the ceremony timeline, processional order, and logistics
- Creation of a ceremony-specific timeline distributed to the wedding party and vendors
- Vendor communication in the days leading up (officiant, musicians, florist, etc.)

Two planning meetings starting 60 days out, plus unlimited email, phone, and text communication so no question goes unanswered. On your wedding day, I step in as the main point of contact for every vendor and your wedding party, managing check-ins, overseeing load-in, keeping your timeline on track, and cueing all the moments that matter most, from the processional to the last dance. You built the vision; I make sure it all comes to life exactly as you imagined, while you stay fully present with the people you love. Includes access to my curated list of top-tier preferred vendors. Travel fees apply for venues more than 30 miles from my home location. This package includes:
- Two planning meetings beginning (up to 1 hour) 60 days before your event
- Unlimited email, phone, and text communication starting 60 days out
- Up to 10 hours of onsite coordination on your wedding day
- Main point of contact for all vendors and the wedding party
- Management of all vendor check-ins, deliveries, and logistics
- Direction of the wedding processional and ceremony flow
- Timeline support and execution (you build it, I help bring it to life!)
- Oversight of vendor setup and load-in
- Coordination of personal item collection and return at the end of the evening

The Luxe Wrap Package is designed for couples who want expert guidance in the final stretch of their planning journey. Three planning meetings beginning 90 days out, with unlimited communication from the moment we start so you always have someone in your corner. I'll build and manage your comprehensive event timeline, finalize your venue floor plans, and create customized itineraries for your vendors and wedding party, so everyone knows exactly where to be and when. I'll direct your rehearsal, serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors leading up to and throughout your wedding day, and be by your side during the reception to guide you through every toasts, dance, and cake cutting moment. This is the most hands-on coordination experience I offer, with everything in The Silk Bow included and then some. Includes access to my curated list of top-tier preferred vendors. Travel fees apply for venues more than 30 miles from my home location.
