The Satin Knot Package is perfect for couples who’ve planned every detail but need a trusted professional to bring it all together on the big day. With one focused planning call, we’ll review your layout, décor, and logistics to ensure everything is beautifully aligned. On your wedding day, I’ll be onsite to handle full setup of your ceremony and reception décor - from signage and centerpieces to favors and personal touches. I’ll coordinate with vendors for smooth deliveries and setup, and at the end of the night, I’ll carefully pack up your personal items so you can simply enjoy your celebration. This package includes:
- One planning call (up to 1 hour) to review layout, decor, and logistics
- Full setup of ceremony and reception decor (signage, centerpieces, favors, etc.)
- Coordination with vendors for deliveries and setup
- Tear-down and packing of personal items at the end of the event

Beginning 60 days before your big day, we’ll hold two personalized planning meetings and maintain unlimited communication via email, phone, and text to ensure every detail is covered. On your wedding day, I’ll be onsite for up to 10 hours, serving as the main point of contact for your vendors and wedding party, managing all logistics from vendor check-ins to final deliveries, and more! Plus, you’ll gain access to my curated list of trusted, top-tier vendors.

Beginning 90 days before your wedding, this package includes three planning meetings and unlimited communication to ensure every detail is thoughtfully covered. I’ll create and manage a comprehensive event timeline, finalize your floor plans, and confirm all logistics with your vendors. You’ll receive customized itineraries for your vendor team and wedding party, and I’ll be there to direct your rehearsal and provide up to 12 hours of seamless day-of coordination. This package also includes all services from the Day-Of Coordination Package, plus exclusive access to my curated list of top-tier preferred vendors.
